For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Cathy, the use of the word "sadly" is appropriate. From all appearances, the two commissioners representing Ocean Pines - Bertino and Bunting - are more or less opposed to this project at the suggested location on Route 589. Unfortunately, the other five commissioners may support it. In other words, there is NOTHING we can do that will stop five commissioners from going ahead with the project if they can get their hands on the property. Those five apparently, at least thus far, do not care about any adverse impact on Ocean Pines. |
