For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I couldn't comment last night since eligibility wasn't allowed to be discussed. However, I'm still not sure what will happen if Farr is deemed owner or equitable owner as of 1 Jan 2021 by a judge. Our secretary says ineligible, the BOD deliberate and rules; don't count Farr's votes. Now Farr says wait and potentially a judge says wait... How long? Until a judge rules again on eligibility? If in fact Farr is ruled eligible [owner/ equity owner] then what? We simply go back to four and count the votes? The dust this anonymous person has stirred... |
