| Again, I did not think it was fair to state a rule that Farrs eligibility not be discussed then allow some public comments on it and then make statements on it by the board. Facts or not it was not fair. This is a sensitive situation and this was not done correctly. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: John, not sure how to say this any other way but rules for public comments are a part of Maryland law, but the board members are not bound by that part. Nothing unusual happened at the meeting and I have attended most of them for over 30 years. What did any board member say about Farr that was not factual? |
