It has been tumultuous and they have lost some talented employees. They have a lot of great long time employees, I commend them for riding the waves of change! I think OPA needs stability but I’m sure this next election will shake things up all over again. I hope it helps knowing there have been many other employees that got caught up in board politics, it definitely is not a reflection of your talent. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Beverly, hearsay seems to be a common board approach to personnel actions…motivating actions that are not theirs to take…usurping managers, playing games with employees that have serious long term consequences to the employee. In my situation acting to terminate me only to be followed by three board resignations in four months. No, as has been repeated on this forum many times, you can’t make this up. |
