hearsay seems to be a common board approach to personnel actions…motivating actions that are not theirs to take…usurping managers, playing games with employees that have serious long term consequences to the employee. In my situation acting to terminate me only to be followed by three board resignations in four months. No, as has been repeated on this forum many times, you can’t make this up. |
