The fence was a work in progress throughout all of last summer. I am not really sure if it is finished or not. Inside the pool, it is a beautiful faux stone facing. Outside of the pool, it is still concrete, not really sure what look they were going for there.
For the roof, it is partially complete. Based on their pace over the last 3 weeks, it will likely be complete by the end of the month. And since the floor upstairs is not going to be replaced until the roof is finished, I am guessing sometime early July the building will actually be 100%. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Are you saying the roof at the beach club and the fence at the pool are still not repaired? If so that is unforgiveable. Please, all candidates running for the Board please FIX THIS NEGLECT! |
