Thank you for the kinds words and your response.  I appreciate how active you have been in bringing so many issues to light before and now during this election process.  You have obviously invested a lot in pursuing the betterment of our community, and for that alone you should be commended.  I hope this dialogue that you, myself, and others are participating in here carries through to the election, and can change the direction of our community leadership.

As far as my company, we are building our own network in almost locations listed on our website.  In the few areas that we are not building, we have purchased other existing assets to supplement our own.  Whiting-Turner Construction is managing all of our projects, and we are constructing almost 1000 miles of new network in the next 12 months, and another 2500 miles in our pipeline to be completed through 2018.  This network will support connectivity for other carriers to lease space in our cables to support their end customers.  In cases like Kent County, MD, we are providing a medium for smaller ISP's to bring internet access to rural residents that currently have little or no options, or whose options do not meet the new FCC standards for the minimum definition of broadband.
