I thought that the OPA Police could enforce the County laws which restrict parking on streets. As far as I know there is no county law resticting parking on roads in Ocean Pines. If that was the case the county could make a fortune in parking tickets here. While the roads in OP are open to public under the agreement to receive road funds, they are not owned by the county and thus probably not subject to the exact same laws as other county-owned roads. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What law? OPA's DRs are not laws. The DRs are not enforceable by police except by a court order after a court decision and refusal by the losing side to comply. I thought that the OPA Police could enforce the County laws which restrict parking on streets. |
