Section 10 has 1,294 numbered lots so I wouldn't say that it would take him very little time. Time is not the issue. It takes no longer to mail 100 letters than to mail 1294. The cost does go up with the number of lots. He would likely only address his own Section, not all of them, which would leave us in a fine mess. As is the very real possibility if OPA ever attempts to change any DR. Anyway, the point is --- Abent has the power. It would be much simpler, quicker and all encompassing for Marty to attempt to modify the Guidelines, if he only had the time. The Guidelines are subject to the whim of the Board. The DRs are not. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes, the good Paster could make an effort to change the DR's.
