Marty, I am absolutely on your side, but don't agree that this should go to court. Given that Marty's position on this issue is at odds with the apparent position of the six other directors, what other option other than the court does he, or any association member, have? These guys are not sitting around the board room singing kumbaya with Marty. Why don't you attend a board meeting and make your case for the board to settle all this as you believe it should be handled. |
