The only reason that I butted into this discussion in the first place is that a group of people who were not here tried to interpret the original DRs into something that had NOTHING WHATSOEVER with "work trailers". I am sure that never entered anyones's mind at that time in OP history.

Bois didn't want anything cluttering up the landscape while they were trying to sell lots. Without those strict rules, the place could have quickly turned into  a "Squatters Hell".

The "Gross Looking Boat" vs "Clean Non-commercial Work Trailer" is a valid point, but it seems that  intelligent people who are willing to look at the issue in a fair manner could figure out a way to deal with it without Marty having to AGAIN spend his own money to go to court or take the time to put on a sideshow.

Who knows ...a judge who doesn't know the history could very well see #1 in the same way these other folks have.

I think pushing this to court is the wrong road to travel.
