Rick, I never said that Commissioners don't cut budgets, Randy did. I know you folks are going to have a good time with me on my bid for commissioner so have at it.  Dr. Andes is the one who told me that many years ago a higher percentage of the budget was spent on education than today. Things are gone to be tight over the next few years especially after the elections. If the governor gets his budget passes, we will be getting a lot less for police and fire as pass thru funds.  His rading of the Transportation Truse Fund will result in a longer delays for finishing Rt 113, even longer for Rt. 50 bridge and your can forget any work on 589 for 20 years or so.
