Randy, As for not knowing which departments which would be cut is very important. Do you think the Sheriffs Dept, fire department, EMS or public works would like to know if he plans on cutting their funding? The way I read the statement by Ray, is that the Commissioners don't cut budgets. Did you read something different then I read or did I misinterpet something? Robert. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Linda, Thanks for the heads up. Does Ray have a clue? In one place he said current county spending on education was 42% and another 53 to 54 percent. He needs to know which is correct. He also need to know how much he wants to increase that percentage by. As for not knowing which departments which would be cut is very important. Do you think the Sheriffs Dept, fire department, EMS or public works would like to know if he plans on cutting their funding? I bet they would. If the county in not proactive in attracting business and industry why do we have an Economic & Development dept. Is Ray going to go tell Jerry Redden how to do his job? We need to stay on top of this candidate and hold him accountable for his statements. Randy
