The fact is that that has been the plan for the last 8 months and remember that when an if anything comes to us, it will be in about two years.

I certainly hope you are not insinuating that "Joe and his friends" (I think you mean COPE), weren't instrumental in the outcome of the bill created for slots allocations.  I don't really know what you are trying to say in the above message, but if you think anybody believes the BOD had anything to do with the "proposed amendment", you need to take a break and get a reality check.
