Louise is mad because she wants the commissioners to have ALL the money. Of course the Mayor of Ocean City is mad with Louise. None of these confrontations would have occurred had our Delegates put OPA in the legislation in the first place. |

Louise thinks about Ocean Pines about as much as you think about the village of Little Siberia (pop. 10) in Russia. Of course the Mayor of Ocean City is mad with Louise. |
