WAHOOOOOOO!!!!!Gosh, I hope COPE came through.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: There is no way to tell what 10% would amount to. However, $200,000 by 2012 would not be bad. If we get the 10% the thing to consider is that it is essentially in-perpetuity or until the law is changed. Who knows what it might be in 2020 and beyond.
