I agree about the fence. That being said though, the neighbors across the street from us have two dogs and a fence; a fence that the gate doesn't work, so the dogs are constantly roaming the streets and the yards. It drives me mad. They get put back in the fence by all the neighbors. It's tougher to report your friendly neighbors than strangers though.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Linda, This is why the Humane Society will not let a dog be adopted until they have checked out the fence and gates where the dog will live. If you have a dog....you need a fence. Nancy |
