If you have a dog....you need a fence. Perhaps YOU need a fence but I would disagree with your "blanket" statement. Just consider the number of dogs in Ocean Pines and consider that most likely 90%, if not more of them, are in homes without fences. Fences are fine for those people who just like to let their dog out the back door to poop but there are many people who do not do that, me included, and find no need for a fence. |
