I live on a street with lots of foot traffic and most of the walkers have dogs with them.

I don't remember seeing a dog off-leash in a couple of years.

Thanks much for getting the leash law and pick-up law for us.

That may be true. But when they read stories like the one that restarted this dialogue, some do become aware.
