For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'm so sure about that. In my neighborhood it seems we have more dogs and less problems with pick up since the leash law was enacted. Norm Hi Norm, I live on a street with lots of foot traffic and most of the walkers have dogs with them. I don't remember seeing a dog off-leash in a couple of years.
