If a dog actually attacks you any leash law is the last thing you will be thinking about at the time. Especially if it's a pit bull. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A dog on the owners property is not required to be on a leash. If the dog runs out on the road and attacks you then the owner has some responsibility. That's why the leash law in OP really didn't do much in terms of reducing attacks. If a dog actually attacks you any leash law is the last thing you will be thinking about at the time. |
