In a post about trash and debris Bill Rakow mentioned an old toilet sitting in a front yard...now imagine that toilet lovingly positioned in the garden with petunias growing out of it. Junk or lawn ornament?

That toilet was in the yard up the block from me. It had a washing machine to go with it.

Yes...if it had been in a lovingly cared for yard and was filled with flowers and some vines trailing down the sides ...it would have been an objet d' art.

It was in junky filthy yard with 12 trash cans overflowing and lord knows what else! 

It is all in the PRESENTATION of the "art piece"

A trashy yard ..is a trashy yard ....is a trashy yard.

Over here we have some "public art" that is amazing. "Amazing" that our tax money was spent on such absurd stuff!
