They did it....at least a few of them did it. I don't know what the heck is wrong with the rest of them. It's not necessary for all seven Board members to be involved in the actual meeting with Delegate Mathias. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I do? It appears State Senator Stotzfus thinks there is a legal proper way. Why else whould he WRITE that he would support a change to the Bill to grant OPA10%? Or are you setting up another strawman? Yes, that is true and if Del. Mathias cross-files it in the House...it will likely pass....if we get support from the Western counties. SOOOO......where is your beef? How has the BoD failed....since they did step up and have meetings etc. Isn't that what we wanted? That is what I wanted. They did it....at least a few of them did it.
