How has the BoD failed....since they did step up and have meetings etc. Isn't that what we wanted?

I would like to know if Mathias was asked if he would introduce the legislation, for starters. If he said he would, then this board has not only failed the lot owners, it has failed them miserable. I have heard from sources outside the board that Mathias would introduce the legislation if asked to do so.

Yes, that is true and if Del. Mathias cross-files it in the House...it will likely pass....if we get support from the Western counties.

Why should any legislator in the western counties or any place else in the state care how funds allocated to Worcester County are distributed? The bill would not impact any area of the state but Worcester County. If all the local legislators are on board, and I think they are if pushed just a tad, then it would be a 100% local issue in the Maryland legislature. Typically 100% local issues supported by the local delegation are supported by all other legislators. Why? Because they want the same support for their purely local issues.

Why has the board failed? Fairly obvious to me -- the failure rests in deciding to not even try. And no, I for one was expecting a try, not just a couple of private meetings.
