For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thus minority voters could all cast 7 votes for a minority candidate. An unacceptable way to handle voting, thus the District representation will remain. District representation is the safest voting mechanism and guarantees minority representation. Worcester County resisted District voting not that long ago and began a legal challenge, only to give up on appeal. |
