Sounds like they are getting ready to fast track Route 589 if the slots referendum is approved. I thought I read in one of the other weeklies that the planning could take as much as 3 years. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, From the Gazette's front page article "Route 589 project receives additional $2M from state" "The state will spend $2 million to complete project planning to improve traffic flow and safety along route 589 from route 50 to Route 90 near Ocean Pines".
