Bill, Les, and Reid did just what the motion asked them to do. they contacted all of OUR elected legislators and lobbied them on the behalf of the Ocean Pines membership. I think they were very successful. Hopefully this exercise has not damaged OUR standing in the County or State with OUR elected legislators.
Marty Marty....what in the world are you talking about? I am reading this post at 3:45 am so perhaps I am a bit dull-witted ...but how could making a perfectly reasonable request of an elected official "damage our standing......". Are you smokin' the drapes??? You sound as if you have never participated in the democratic process, and have been and still are shirking your duty as a citizen. Nancy |
