A discussion by the OPA Board of Directors about holding an executive (closed) session of the Board to discuss various legal and other issues related to how the Board may proceed with implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, including new infrastructure additions like a community hall.
Director Coleburn raised a legal issue concerning the need to go into private session from a public open session. Motion to hold the executive session meeting was passed with proviso that OPA legal counsel Joe Moore approve the procedure.
