For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Per The Dispatch, 412 acres of pristine waterfront property along the St. Martin's River and Assawoman Bay will come up for auction in April 2006. The land is NOT identified in the county's recently adopted comprehensive plan as a potential growth area. Perhaps the bucolic view across the St. Martin's river will be preserved for awhile. |
