I wish I could say you were wrong in your projection. I hope something turns it around...in my lifetime.  Just two days ago, we got a notice from the paper carrier that has faithfully delivered our WSJ every day we're here. Not so fast...the Eastern Shore distribution center has informed him that his services will no longer be required after 9/14. We can access the paper by internet or the Post Office mail.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The decline of print and digital news about Ocean Pines is a sad sign of the times. Soon we will all retreat into our cocoons and echo chambers comfortable with the knowledge that we’re right and everyone else is wrong.
