Ed,
I am directing this to you since you were involved in the development of op, but anyone can chime in. What is the deal with Osprey Point having a gate? They have their own set of docks and a gate. I know they have their own separate condo fee in addition to the opa assessment , but so do a lot of the subdivisions. Why are they allowed to restrict entrance? |
