Thanks for the compliment. I've always found that the easiest way to negotiate is to try for a fair result for both parties. Reaching for that last bite is time consuming and painful. At the end of the day(s), the negotiations for both the turnover agreement and the sale of the utility resulted in basically satisfied parties on both sides. I had to consider two factions, the locals here and the second guessers back in NYC | ||||||
