Yet we do know that Delaware has been fighting against bringing that wind power ashore in the Dagsboro, Indian River area.

The Delaware Sussex County Council, with a 4-1 vote has denied the wind project's plan to build a substation for bringing the power ashore there, in the Dagsboro, Indian River area.

So it seems quite likely that the Wind company may be looking at the Assateague Island alternative. Bad news for the local OC area's concerns about that wind turbine project. More heavy commercialization may be coming.
