Boats are advised to stay out of the area. Minimum 500 feet away from sound testing vessels. Could ruin the work the Reef Foundation has done inshore. Upsets me greatly. Moore needs to go but it will never happen in this communist progressive state.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Wondering --apparently there will be the effects on OC's offshore sports fishing this summer ???
