| The April agenda listed Public Comments and the Chair tried to deny my comments because I wasn't attending in person which was impossible because the location wasn't noted. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Interesting enough, I had to receive permission from Director Latham to make my comments hybrid when I noted that the agenda did not list the meeting’s location. There is no HOA Act right to public comments at any committee meeting, in person or otherwise. Totally up to chair. |
