For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Has OP received the payment on time every year? Is it made direct to OP or, does it go through the county? I don't know, Robert. But the county owns the OP sewage plant. So maybe they just credit the OP district for the amount. I don't understand why Reynolds seems fixated on how the, is it $589K, charge is calculated. He is obviously implying that we are being cheated somehow. Why would the calculation be any different than anybody else's bill? You got an algorithm/formula and just plug in the variables. |
