Perhaps not. Speculation without information. Treatment is not without cost. Also one would need to look at the detailed budget and how the rates were determined for all years of substantial trucking. No one even mentions the OP ratepayers “bought and paid for” 2.5 million gallon treatment capacity versus the 1 million gallon max use. Cost? Perhaps OP ratepayers shelled out $5 million for that? |
