For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Mary: ”At some point homeowners need to stand up and demand their legal rights under MD HOA Law.” You are absolutely correct. I have been involved in at least three such legal cases which all were 100% successful. if you and your group have legitimate concerns the cost of litigation shouldn’t be 1/4 the of your quote. Add to that there are many local attorneys who would gladly take a legitimate case against OPA. Good luck in your endeavors but without the assistance of a qualified attorney you are still spinning your tires. Marty |
