The contractor does not inform the Board regarding lot numbers. Lot numbers were not shown in the observable count. The only information given regarding duplicate ballots was that there were 33. The Board, especially Board members running for re-election, shouldn't be given updates on voting but should receive the results just like anyone else.
Again, this is alarming. MK Elections should not be chosen. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Why would the election contractor tell Rick Farr the names of voters who submitted duplicate voting? How is that proper? If the election contractor informed OPA of the lot number, the name is easily determined. I believe the general question is why board members are privy to this information. Leaks from Committee Members? Or were all these double count vote lot numbers disclosed during the observable count? Association members deserve an answer to how any board member would know a former board member voted twice by way of knowing the lot number of a double vote. And committee chairman Ransdell wants LESS TRANSPARENCY. |
