I am not sure what you are trying to say. According to the January Controller’s Report we have a balance of $716,297 in our Bulkhead reserve account and it appears we came in $461,112 under budget. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I incorrectly used the non-bullhead waterfront. Sorry for the confusion.
Shows $875 for interior lots, but another link shows $850. The point of my post remans the same - bulkhead repairs are going through the roof and we have a single contractor. Unfortunately, that may well be our only viable solution. |
