16 Footbridge is specifically what brought me here this morning. It's been at least seven years. Two years since the squatters were relocated. There are also two other abandoned homes in the immediate vicinity.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:     Just now reading The Progress concerning legal action. Mentioned are broken lattice and missing house number. Has any CPI inspector seen 16 Footbridge. The house needs to be condemned. Broken windows, no siding on one side, only ripping Tyvek. downspouts leading to nowhere. It has been this way for 2 years when the owners were renovating and just stopped. This would scare away any potential buyers considering Ocean Pines. Broken lattice indeed.
