Not for nothing it has been in EXACTLY the same place for THIRTY YEARS and never so much as a peep from the CPI folks. I'm heading down the end of the month to install a fence around it so that the CPI folks can concentrate on places like this without worrying about my propane tank and who can see it. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just now reading The Progress concerning legal action. Mentioned are broken lattice and missing house number. Has any CPI inspector seen 16 Footbridge. The house needs to be condemned. Broken windows, no siding on one side, only ripping Tyvek. downspouts leading to nowhere. It has been this way for 2 years when the owners were renovating and just stopped. This would scare away any potential buyers considering Ocean Pines. Broken lattice indeed. |
