Gary, unfortunately, and due to lack of Board enforcement over many years, no individual unfamiliar with Ocean Pines and riding through our community for the first time could ever come to the conclusion that this is a community with enforced Declarations of Restrictions.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:     Just now reading The Progress concerning legal action. Mentioned are broken lattice and missing house number. Has any CPI inspector seen 16 Footbridge. The house needs to be condemned. Broken windows, no siding on one side, only ripping Tyvek. downspouts leading to nowhere. It has been this way for 2 years when the owners were renovating and just stopped. This would scare away any potential buyers considering Ocean Pines. Broken lattice indeed.
