I guess that is good but what struck me most when I read that report is that the states average for students passing the proficiency report is a lowly 48.4%.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Congratulations to our WCPS students, teachers, administration, and elected school board members for achieving the highest test scores in the state, despite receiving the lowest amount of state funding.
