Try doing your own a search of news reports about the death of the boy.
Joe, I'm not trying to besmirch anybody, all I was doing is postulating a possible explanation as to why the driver didn't stop. Oh? And what would the boy’s alcohol level have to do with why the driver did not stop after your complete speculation that the boy was standing in the road holding a deer head?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I'm not trying to besmirch anybody, all I was doing is postulating a possible explanation as to why the driver didn't stop. The facts do indicate the collision caused the boy to hit the driver side window and propelled some 50 or more feet ahead of the car and across the road to the north side. Can you provide me the source of this information, since you posted it I'm sure you have it somewhere? |
