It has nothing to do with why the driver didn't stop. It might and, I stress might, explain why the kid was standing in the roadway? At this point I guess we'll never know? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Try doing your own a search of news reports about the death of the boy. Joe, I'm not trying to besmirch anybody, all I was doing is postulating a possible explanation as to why the driver didn't stop. Oh?
