So, if the Golf Pro Shop was closed for some similar reason and you had to check players in outside the building, would you say, "Since now we know we can do without the pro shop, let's convert it to that needed storage for the restaurant."?

OR- would you cordon off the golf course parking lot, close the whole golf course and tell the golfers, "Golf members, there is a possibility of mold in the pro shop. We are checking it out. Therefore, the Golf Course is closed until further notice, and you may not use the course/play golf here." 

Is that not ridiculous? 

But, at the moment, pilons are blocking the parking at the RC and the doors of the clubhouse building bathrooms and the platform Hut are nailed shut with 2 x 4's, players who were there to play this morning were told directly that they can't use the courts, and members have received an email saying that the RC is closed until further notice.
