For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: If we are to “quibble” let’s at least be somewhat close to factual. Our assessment is $850.00 for 2025 which is $146.00 less then our highest assessment of $996.00 in 2022 and only $81.00 less then our 10 year average assessment. Your claim of a $300.00 improvement is off by nearly 50%. Marty |
