For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Neil: Perhaps, but quite frankly I couldn’t care less where non Ocean Pines prop owners play pickleball. In spite of the increased availability of public pickleball since 2020 the membership of our pickleball courts by non Ocean Pines property owners has increased from 16% to 35% of all membership. Doesn’t seem to support your argument? Marty |
