For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ken: While I agree that our swimming pools are a major attraction, it is the Beach Club and its parking that are the biggest amenity draw in Ocean Pines hands down. Truth be told if we operated as private pools our requirements for lifeguards could be drastically reduced. Our membership would be happier and our costs would be lower. Marty |
